At Hampshire Candles we want you to be happy with your purchases.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

Please contact us via the contact us page with your name, order number and the issue with the product and we can then contact you to either replace the item or issue a refund. Please note we can not accept a refund on any items that have been lit or partially used.

    • Products can be returned for a full refund no later than 30 days after the purchase provided they have not been used and are still in the original packaging.
    • We will email your return address label if necessary for you to print.
    • Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
    • Any postage and packing costs can not be refunded for returned goods.
