Why does my reed diffuser not smell?
Flip the reeds. Over time the tops dry out or the reeds clog, so turning them over every few days refreshes the scent. A draught-free spot near where people walk past also helps the fragrance travel. If the reeds are very old, replace them.

How To Use
Remove the stopper and place the seven reeds in the fragrance oil. Leave them for about an hour, then flip them over so the dry ends soak up the oil too. Expect the fragrance to start filling your room within 24 hours.
Flip the reeds every few days for a stronger scent. Fewer reeds give a softer scent. Depending on where it's placed, your diffuser should last 3 to 5 months.
Safety & Care
- Place on a stable, level surface away from heat, direct sunlight and naked flames.
- The oil can mark polished, painted and wooden surfaces and fabrics. Use a coaster and wipe up spills straight away.
- When flipping the reeds, hold them over the bottle or a sink.
- Not for consumption. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands after handling the reeds.
